10 Minute Hash Brown Omelet Recipe
- 1 Tsp olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced into strips
- 2 oz spinach
- 5 oz white potato, shredded and drained
- 1 egg + 1 egg white salt and pepper to taste
- 2 white mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp parsley
How To Prepare
Step: 1 – First of all, you need In a Non-stick pan.
Step: 2 – Then you have to add olive oil and make sure it was on medium heat.
Step: 3 – After that, you need to add onions and red pepper and mushrooms, stirring occasionally.
Step: 4 – Now you have to cook until they have softened then add a pinch of salt to taste. Cook until they begin to soften.
Step: 5 – Now time to add the spinach cover and then allow it to wilt for a couple of minutes (approx 2-4 minute).
Step: 6 – Now time to transfer this filling to a bowl.
Step: 7 – Then Put your pan back on the heat and add shredded potato, and stir occasionally.
Step: 8 – After that, you have to arrange the potatoes in a flat even layer.
Step: 9 – Then, pour eggs evenly on top and cover.
Step: 10 – Then, sprinkle the filling evenly on top and when the bottom of the hash browns has crisped up and browned.
Step: 11 – Now your hash brown omelet is ready then you have to fold the omelet in half with a spatula.
Step: 12 – Now my favorite part comes that is garnish with parsley and serve!
